A well funded start-up based in lower Manhattan led by experienced media and technology entrepreneurs, we are looking for a distinctively talented individual to join our team in a key role.

About The Position:

We are seeking an experienced web developer who is passionate about writing solid code, and dedicated to continually improving and learning as the technology landscape evolves. You should be comfortable writing complicated UI code using a variety of web technologies, and capable of debugging frustrating mysteries using tools like Fiddler or Wireshark. We work with cool technologies here and tackle interesting problems, so you'll have the satisfaction of working in an intellectually challenging and rewarding environment. You should also be ready to join a fast-paced, agile team, dedicated to smart architecture, elegant design, and continual forward progress.

Required Skills

* Highly skilled in JavaScript (including AJAX), with experience using a framework like Prototype or jQuery

* Experience using a debugger like Firebug

* Understanding of design patterns, especially MVC

* Confidence in your ability to smash any bug, improve any algorithm, and implement any mockup

Bonus Points

* Experience with PHP

* Experience writing Flex and AS3

* Proficiency with CSS

* Mastery of rounded corners
