Tom was last seen on New Amsterdam as a guest star on Fox. Before that he was seen on Law and Order (original) and his most recent film was The Tourist. He was also Denton in One Life to Live. He has been seen on Law and Order, OZ, Law and Order CI and NYPD Blue. His Broadway credits include: Richmond in Richard III with Al Pacino, Ralph in Awake and Sing! Dean Rebel in Teaneck Tanzi, Steve in Search and Destroy and Bobby in American Buffalo Off-Broadway with Al Pacino produced by Elliot Martin. On, Off-Broadway: some of his favorite roles have been Steve in Pastorale at Second Stage, and Mitchell in the original production of Forty Deuce. Films: On the Yard, Pity the Poor Soldier, The Warriors, And Justice For All, The Thing, Clan of the Cave Bear, Light of Day, Verne Miller, Unwed Father, American Affair, America's Most Wanted, Money Train, Rites of Passage, McBain, Born on the Fourth of July, Till Death Do Us Part, Shakedown, and State of Grace. Ashlie Atkinson as Johanna
Ashlie Atkinson, an accomplished stage and screen actress based in New York, stars as Johanna in The Look. She has been seen in over 21 film and television productions since 2004, including the Another Gay Movie franchise and more serious fare such as Quid Pro Quo (2008) and Inside Man (2006). She won a 2005 Theater World Award for her performance in Fat Pig by Neil LaBute, and has also performed in stage productions The Butcher of Baraboo and The Ritz. Atkinson hails from Arkansas and skates for the Gotham Girls Roller Derby under the name Margaret Thrasher, Prime Minister of Your Demise.
Ryan Demler Director / Writer
Born in San Diego in 1978, Ryan Demler began making films at the age of 12 with his friends using his father's super 8mm camera and various kids from the neighborhood. He attended Princeton University in 1997 where he majored in Economics, and it was not until his Junior year while watching Stanley Kubrick's A Space Odyssey, for the third time in a row, that he decided to pursue film as more than a pastime. His first industry job was at ContentFilm in New York, where he met co-writer/director Matt Fantaci. He currently attends Columbia University's Graduate Film School and lives in Long Island City with his girlfriend and their two dogs, Piggy and Ella.
Matt Fantaci Director / Writer
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Matthew Fantaci attended Rhode Island School of Design where he studied Film, Video and Animation. He studied Screenwriting at Columbia Grad School with his co-writer/co-director Ryan Demler. He now works as a staff writer for a video game company where he writes stories and dialogue for character-based video games.
