CRUEL & INHUMANE

A group of thugs are brutalizing animals in the small town of Glemdark Hills. An animal rights activist named Carly Whitley has done everything she can to put these guys behind bars but to no avail. You see, everyone believes it's just some kids having fun...but not Carly. One night she conjures up a demon known as, The Dark Juggernaut, to assist her in killing these pieces of human garbage. The police figure out, rather quickly, that these men are each being assassinated when they discover one of them hanging from a bridge - with a dog collar, covered in blood, tied around his neck!!!
