Synopsis
Imagine, one morning you awake to find strangers have taken over your hometown. They replace churches with shrines. They declare their god the new and only subject of worship. Opposition is met with torture and death. Entire families are publicly executed: including children. The message, conform or die.
It is your decision: forsake your god, or resist. Do you defy at the expense of your children? Do you submit to their will? What do you do when you are faced with a no-win situaltion? Terrifying, isn't it?
Religious superiority led to millions of deaths during the Burning Times, better known as the Witch Hunts. Pagans, Christians, and political enemies were all victims of these barbaric hunts.
When you think of witch-hunts, most limit the events to the trials of early America. Many don't realize they began long before America was discovered, and were recorded as far back as the 5th century.
Malice tells the story of eight souls that were forever affected by the torments of the Witches' Prison. This is the story of their suffering, their deaths, and even the sadistic delight of the Prison's leadership. This is brutality and terrorism at its worst; this is Malice.
