Meat

Cody is somewhat of a drifter with no family and doesn't really like to keep friends. He moves into a small town and gets a job at a small market. The owners are old and sweet. They treat Cody nice and after a few weeks, Cody likes it there. The store's butcher is Shane, a huge, serious man always chopping at his beef. Then there is Kevin who runs the place. He's creepy looking. Cody does most of his work in the meat department with Shane, doing some pretty disgusting stuff...

One day, Cody meets a girl, named Melony. They hit it off and Melony's pissed off boyfriend doesn't like it. Melony takes Cody out for coffee one day to talk about her boyfriend who's abusive towards her. The boyfriend finds them and beats the crap out of Cody. Cody is a big guy, oafy, but wouldn't hurt a fly (so far)...

The next next day, Melony ends up missing. Cody is sure her boyfriend is the reason...

At work when Shane and Kevin find out Cody was beat up, they offer to 'take care' of the boyfriend. At first, Cody says no, then after thinking that asshole is probably the one responsible for Melony's disappearance, he agrees...

That night, Shane and Kevin drag into the back of the store, the bloody boyfriend who's all tied up. On this night, Shane and Kevin really show their true colors. They beat him and torture him while Cody watches. They tell Cody to join in, practically forcing him. Cody does so and gets a few hits in. It eventually gets too much for Cody and wants to stop. Shane and Kevin keep going and Cody realizes that they have done this before, possibly all the time by the looks of the set up. Shane gets mad at Cody for being a pussy and tells him to go home. After Cody goes home distraught, Shane and Kevin finish the job, killing the boyfriend...

A few days pass and Cody is now being treated a little differently at work by Shane and Kevin. One day at the store, Cody finds blood scrapes in the meat freezer. It looks like they lead to the freezer wall. After some investigating, Cody finds a false pannel in the wall and then a hidden room. Inside is an entire torture arcade. All sorts of torture devices and fatal trinkets. Cody turns white when he sees pictures of all their victims. He finds Melony's picture and realizes it was them the whole time. The asshole boyfriend was actually innocent. The store's secret has finally come full circle and Cody makes like he never found the room.

That night upon leaving work, Kevin tells Cody they know he knows about their little hobby. He tells Cody if he knows what's good him, he'll shut his mouth and if he does squeal, he'll either wind up an accomplice, or dead. Cody leaves, wondering how he got himself into this. Cody feels he has to let someone know, anyone. He then decides to go to the owner's home to tell them. Cody meets the old couple at their house. He tells them the whole story. At first they act shocked but then, we start to see their true colors. To Cody's shock, they were in on it the whole time. They're the ringmasters. They pull a gun on Cody and tell him they were planning to keep him on staff long enough untill they might one day need a scapegoat. They also tell Cody how they've been doing this for decades, how it's become a 'family tradition'. The once old sweet couple has now become a creepy, eviil one. The couple calls the cops with Cody held at gun point, ready to tell the sheriff they caught Melony's killer. Cody knows he's fucked and something snaps. He knows he has to do something and does. He gets in a skirmish with the old couple and using his size for once in his life, he ends up killing them both...

Cody then arms himself and instead of going to the cops, he fuels his new rage and goes back to the store knowing he has to end this with a bang...

He meets the surprised Shane and Kevin at the store. There is a brutal fight between Kevin and Cody, Cody eventualy using a cleaver to hack him to death. Then a saw to finish off Shane....A bloody end...
