Panelist Commentary
Very Original concept. Similar to 13 ghosts but not too worrisome. Still stands apart. The set would be achievable and within the constraints of our budget. If each "masked killer" had their own moment to shine it would make for an interesting variety in the killings. Good Sequel potential. Make sure not to make killings redundant. Ending should be clever so the concept doesn't fall apart. Would advise that we don't dig to deep into the back stories of each of the killers or it could become a casting nightmare if we need to see faces under the masks.

CEO & Partner After Dark FilmsI like several of the ideas here (kidnappees trained to kill; their individual masks), but this may require a few big bucks to realize what could be an exciting final act (the town besieged by the small army of crazies). Hey, wouldn't PERKINS' 13 be more of a good "horror title"?
