Psycho Nazi From Hell

This is also something I'm kind of still putting together. I'm not really aiming for a horror flick but there will be horror elements along with some sci-fi. More of a PG-13, lighter humor, 'Goonies' and 'Monster Squad' type flick...
Hans Von Hagen was a nazi general during World War II and was one of Hitler's right hand guys. He did things to innocent people only monsters would do. Von Hagen was in charge of collecting artifacts for Hitler who thought these treasures would give them a supernatural edge against his enemies. One day just before the war ends, Von Hagen and his troops find the Orb of Destiny. It is an old Egyptian artifact that supposedly gives the power of afterlife to its owner. Before Von Hagen can give this orb to Hitler, the infamous dictator commits suicide and the war comes to an end. Germany falls and Von Hagen, fearing his life, realizes he must flee the country. The orb still with him, Von Hagen somehow flees to the States under a different name and disguise. Once in the States, desperate for money, he sells the orb to an old antique store and starts a new life under a new name. One day, after a couple of men in town find out who Von Hagen is, they get an angry mob together and they storm his house. They drag him outside and beat him mercilessly. The sheriff watches on and joins in. They all eventually bury him alive in a coffin and leave him to die somewhere hidden in the cemetery and to this day, no one has spoken of where its whereabouts lie. Time passes and the legend of Hans Von Hagen has become a terrible town legend. The high school next to the cemetery, Central High, eventually closes down due to the staff and students being uncomfortable with the horrible story...Present time, four kids who are all in the 7th grade, visit the abandoned high school every saturday night to tell ghost stories. They call themselves the Cemetery Club. One night on their way home from watching "Attack of the KIller Space Zombies", two of our characters trespass into the old antique store and find the Orb of Destiny. Not knowing what it is and just liking the look of it, they take it. Thinking it's cool, they bring it with them the folowing Saturday night to the school. After storytelling, the orb starts to glow and the four kids are led to the boileroom by the orb. They are shocked when they find Von Hagen's long lost grave. It was hidden inside the high school the whole time! Suddenly, Von Hagen comes to life, wearing his nazi uniform the townsfolk forced him to wear before they buried him. His eyes crackle with electricity as he grabs the orb from the kids. They all scream and run away. Von Hagen laughs a sinister laugh as he stomps out from the school and off through the cemetery. The kids, scared to go to the police, go back to the shop in hopes to find an answer. They run into the storekeeper and he is angry with them. He then calms down and blaims himself, saying it was him who blabbed to the townsfolk all those years ago about who Von Hagen really was and if he'd just kept his mouth shut, none of this would have ever happened. He agrees to help the kids stop Von Hagen. They realize they have to some how destroy the orb and ultimately, Hans Von Hagen before he sets on a path of destruction, searching for mindless revenge on the sleepy little town of Shelter Creek...
