Synopsis
The opening scene would be the very last scene in the first Redrock, then the opening title, very similar to Redrock 1's opening sequence...
...Kevin lent his younger brother, Aaron, his van so he and three of his friends could travel to Redrock on halloween night. The problem is, Aaron never returned home with his friends or his van. 2 days later, Kevin cannot reach his younger brother. Getting worried, he travels to Redrock, Arizona...
We then meet Shadiw's Bluff's Sheriff, Sheriff Fisher, who runs into Kevin's abandoned van which is being looted by the crazy lady from RM1. Sheriff Fisher jots the license number down.
On the way to Redrock, Kevin gets stopped by Sheriff Fisher. She gives him a ticket for speeding and tells him if he new any better, he'd turn around. He doesn't want her to get involved, so Kevin doesn't tell her of his missing brother...
Kevin eventually makes it to the infamous Redrock Ranch and the cemetery. Once there after sundown, he unkowingly runs into 3 graverobbers who are up to no good. There is a situation and two of the graverobbers turn on each other. Redeye awakes...
Back at Shadow's Bluff, Sheriff Fisher runs the plates on the van and comes up with Kevin's name. Sees the van is registered under the same name as the one on the ticket she wrote earlier, 'Kevin Brooks'. She gets suspicious and takes off to Redrock...
She shows up just in time to save Kevin's ass but not before Redeye has already done away with the 3 graverobbers. She sees Redeye and after unloading a few rounds of ammo into him, Sheriff Fisher and Kevin are able to escape into the cemetery, only to be chased into an old crypt.
Redeye does his dance of the dead and it begins to storm again like RM1 and zombies once again come up through the soil...
The army of dead chase the Sheriff and Kevin through the crypt and into an old underground passageway leading all the way back into downtown Redrock. Sheriff Fisher mentions the underground passageway must have been an old secret smuggling route.
When they escape through an old trap door and into an abandoned bar in Redrock, they have to fend off the surrounding dead that have met them there. Upon their escape, Deputy Miles who has shown up in concern for Sheriff Fisher, gets eaten by the zombies.
Sheriff Fisher and Kevin then seal themselves in Joe's gas station from RM1 and scheme up a plan. They hope Redeye's powers are useless beyond Redrock's border.
They then both find a way to lead Redeye into a trap and try to get him across Redrock's boundaries, hoping it will break the curse...Will it...?

- Kevin is Aaron's older brother and is the more rational of the two. Kevin has always been the go getter. He's tried to be a good role model for Aaron growing up. Kevin used to be just like Aaron when he was younger, into metal and horror movies, even wearing eyeliner and dying his hair black at one point. Now, he's cleaned up and more of a snappy dresser. He drives a convertable 69' Camero and makes a good living as a life insurance rep. He's calm and mild mannered, but if screwed with, he can resort to his old habits.

- Very calm personality and likes to be easy going. Doesn't like to talk much but has a very charming presence. When put to the test, he could hold his own. Most of his frineds would never guess, but Kevin's been around.

She's got long hair that she wears in a ponytail. She wears driving gloves and sheriff glasses. Typical cutie in a uniform.

- Chief Redeye is back and nothing is changed. He's still tall, hunched and slimey. Bones showing and still grunting while he carries that hatchet of his. His eyes still glow a vicious red.

- His presence is what matters most. So tall, he's just menacing to look at. He heavily breathes, hunched over and always looking around with those glowing red eyes. He almost stomps as he walks, sometimes dragging his hatchet.
