Redrock Massacre VII: A Return to Redrock

Ok...Here we go...

It's somewhat a return to the classic essentials of the original REDROCK MASSACRE, just adding a gypsy carnival...Come on, there had to be a carnival coming into play sometime, right?...

A rundown carnival, run by gypsies, has strolled into Arizona and set up camp just outside Redrock. The crew consists of your usual wierd cast consisting of midgets and dwarves, a fat lady, a strong man, a hair-faced man, a sword swallower, magicians, etc...Not a big carnival, but well sized, small compared to most...

They set up their tents and park their trailers and buses right next to Redrock Cemetery, without even knowing it. A large wall of rocks and overgrown desert plants separates the gypsy's camp from the cemetery...(Yes, I think Redeye happens to have some jurisdiction over that area...)

We would start off with a clean cut family who wanders into Redrock territory and sees the carnival. They stop and after a few minutes, they realize they want to leave...There are some horrifying events and the family eventually gets robbed and killed by the staff. The sword swallower, alone, looks on in shame...
(Opening Title...) REDROCK MASSACRE: A RETURN TO REROCK...

Four kids on Halloween, ala RM1, are dressed up and on there way to a party. They are passing Redrock just as the sun is setting and telling the story of Chief Redeye as they pass Redrock's busted sign. Then, they see the carnival, all lit up. There are some other people there, but not many- about 15 to 20 people all together...

The kids pull over and park, planning to just stop for a minute, and do the whole quick tour thing. They reach one of the head gypsies, an old classic looking gypsy woman. They get their palms read and an arguement begins about the price of the visit. The kids get roudy and end up damaging the trailer, also threatening the gypsy woman...

They leave, staff watching. The sword swallower watches with worried eyes. When they get to their car, they notice their tires have been slashed and their pockets picked. Cell phones and keys gone. They see the last folks leaving to go home and try to get rides. No one listens. The staff still watches on as the kids begin to realize they're stuck...and the staff looks quite anxious...

They decide to take a walk away from there and they end up finding their way into Redrock Cemetery. The old gypsy woman, knowing where they have gone off to orders her workers to follow the kids. The kids reach the cemetery and sure enough, Chief Redeye comes to life...

There is some chaising and killing on the classic Redrock Cemetery setting and also maybe the farmhouse. Eventually, two survive and make their way back to the gypsy's camp, Redeye following...Once there, Redeye goes out of control and summons his undead. As before, it starts to storm and the zombies appear, taking care of most of the staff and crew, then turning their attention to the stunned and scattering patrons. There is a massive orgy of flesh and brain chomping. Redeye hacks and hacks, kills the old gypsy woman and turns towards the two surviving kids....

There is the usual ending standoff...(an ending hasn't really been written yet, but for now)...I have the sword swallower coming out of nowhere and sending two sword blades right through both of Redeye's eyes. His sockets burst into red flames and Redeye screams bursting into a cloud of green mist. The sword swallower saves them and helps them up as they thank him...

The sun peaks...THE END...????

Or, the kids travel into the cemetery, resurrecting Redeye and when they run back to the carnival, Redeye follows and unleashes his dead on all the staff plus the patrons still attending the carnival which would make it an even bigger bloody mess...We shall see...
