A horror film-obsessed young man working at an all night video store reviews a returned tape only to find it filled with real murders. Before he can get help, he is trapped inside the store by the maker of the tape. An all night game of cat and mouse ensues, the clerk unable to communicate outside the walls of the video store. The killer continues to taunt and terrorize the clerk throughout the night. Though the clerk is horror film crazed, he realizes he's stuck in a real life horror scenario, and must fight to survive.
