Rule of The Homeless

Dustin and his friends, are a bunch of college kids looking to have a night out in the city. They go club hopping, and have a great time. On their way to another club, Dustin hits a homeless person with his S.U.V. fearing that the man might be able to identify him, Dustin takes out his tire iron and beats the last bit of life out on him. Another homeless man, Riff, witnesses this, and runs. Dustin decides it would be best to make it seem like the car was stolen, he and his friends ditch all their wallets, cellphones, and other valuables, and decide to walk to the train station.
Riff, calls a summit of all the homeless, He tells the assembled homeless that a citywide search is needed and puts a bounty on Dustin and his friends. This gets the entire city's homeless population hunting for them.
Walking through a park the friends are jumped by a homeless gang. While they beat Dustin to death, the other friends escape the melee. The Friends then slowly cross a number of dangerous neighborhoods, narrowly escaping homeless gangs every step of the way. During the night, a few of the friends are killed in a scuffle with the Homeless, while one is arrested by the police.
When day breaks, they finally return home but quickly have more trouble, as the homeless are waiting for them there. They explain what happened and Riff decides to let the remaining friends live as long as they never come back. As the friends run off, Riff and his army set their sights on taking over the city.
