Experimenting with the use of texture on screen, this film tells the tale of a young couple who would rather sleep in.
Bat-Sheva started making films and plays when she was a tiny little thing, wrangling up friends and cousins to perform in her parents' basement. Imagine elaborate sets requiring dozens of potted plants, streamers and green lighting, all cleaned up and put away before her parents came home from work.
Since then she's made films with an experimental touch, searching for new, inventive ways to tell stories. And still, there are the elaborate sets and thoughtful art direction. Her work has been in festivals around the world. In the past she has delved into the worlds of dance cinema, music video, and narrative.
