Bio
Rebecca began her professional career as 21-year-old 'mom' Mrs. Eggleston to Harvey Korman in LITTLE ME. She continued this 'motherly' tradition playing Golde in over a dozen productions of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, including a National Tour with Theodore Bikel; understudied the role of Mae in the Broadway revival of PAJAMA GAME starring Hal Linden and Cab Calloway; toured in LORELEI with Carol Channing; BYE, BYE BIRDIE with Bobby Rydell; CAMELOT with Richard Harris and a memorable day as Guenevere opposite Rock Hudson. She was privileged to play Abigail to Don Perkin's Adams in 1776 (endearing Sam Kressin as Franklin); Sara in rock musical ATOM AND EVE directed by Tom O'Horgan; fading stripper 'Doily La Flame' in Cherie Bennett's HONKY TONK ANGELS, music Garth Brooks; and Della in Hippodrome Theatre's BLUE PLATE SPECIAL. Other favorites include CABARET (Fraulein Schneider) at North Carolina Theatre and at Trump Plaza; A WONDERFUL LIFE (Millie Bailey) and OKLAHOMA ! (Aunt Eller), Westchester Broadway Theatre; Roundtable's THE HEIRESS (Mrs. Almond) directed by Mahayana Landowne; ANNA CHRISTIE (Marthy) directed by Mary Kate Burke; VIEUX CARRÉ (Mrs. Wire) NativeAliens Theatre Collective; 'NIGHT, MOTHER (Thelma), Dominic Cuskern Producer; DAMN YANKEES (Meg), Maine State Music Theatre; award-winning performance as Aldonza in Forestburgh's MAN OF LA MANCHA; and Samuel French Award winners STRAWBERRY FIELDS by Kevin Brofsky and SOMEPLACE WARM by Peter Macklin. Interests and Activities
Sports: Do I hear Fantasy Football? I am writing this wearing a Dolphins sweatshirt - YES! I know. All you who bet that they would win before NE lost, you are in luck, yes?! Reading: Carry a book with me wherever I go - love the convenient apartment habit of leaving books for other tenants! I've read books I'd never have jumped at and have quite enjoyed many of the journeys.
-
Favorite Movies
No favorite, but I love baseball movies! And Hoosiers, Rudy. Away from sports - To Kill a Mockingbird. Hmmm...
-
Favorite TV Shows
Among others: Saving Grace, The Closer, Ugly Betty, Monk reruns, Without a Trace; L&O: SVU; and YES Americal Idol
-
Favorite Books
I think I've covered this in "interests". As with the movie, one of my first favorite books was To Kill A Mockingbird.

Favorite Music
I never could answer: Beatles or Stones? I like both. R&R; R&B; Blues; Gospel; Soul; some Country - Kris Kristoferson is a poet and Garth Brooks rocks
