Christopher Baum

Chris Baum is a senior marketing executive by day and a screenwriter by night, driven by his love of movies, urge to create and some really good genes (third cousin to L. Frank Baum of "Wizard of Oz" fame). Educated at Cornell University, he currently lives in Detroit, Michigan and is fortunate to be involved in promoting that state's best-in-the-nation film production incentive (up to 42% cash rebate) as Senior Vice President of Film Detroit. Although his work necessitates frequent business trips to Los Angeles, all of his scripts are written to be shot in Michigan in order to take advantage of the state's lucrative film incentive and great locations.
