• Bio

  Chris Luensman was proudly born and raised in the Washington DC area, and is a very active college student looking to continue showcasing his talent. At the moment, he is currently studying physical education at the University of Maryland College park campus. On campus he is an active member in the student terrrapin club, soccer CREW and an athlete recruit tour guide. Before Maryland, he was a 2005 graduate of Watkins Mill high school in Gaithersburg, Maryland. While at Watkins Mill he was an honor roll student, scholar athlete, member of the National Technical Honors Society, and a six time letter winner with varsity football and track teams. In his senior year he was the captain of both his division winning track team, and record setting varsity football team. Also that year, he completed the computer Network Operations class at Thomas Edison School of Technology in Wheaton, Maryland. In addition to balancing a full time college load he gives campus tours, works out, goes to sporting events, and hangs out with friends. He is also a part-time DJ and drummer for his church's "House Band." He got his start in acting in early 2007, and has since then gained experience in film, commercials and modeling. He is known for his laid back personality, but is a very hard worker when it comes down to crunch time.

• Interests and Activities

  At the moment, Chris is studying in the School of Public Health towards a physical education undergraduate degree. His love for sports and appreciation for teaching has lead him to love working within this major. As he moves on to becoming an upperclassman in College Park, Chris will look to continue his studies in the classroom and in film. His appreciation and love for film has motivated him to pursue larger, challenging roles. he plans on taking on larger roles as soon as they are available to build his portfolio and to add his talent to the film industry. In his off time he loves to workout or play sports, and really likes to escape to the outdoors. Fishing, biking, and hiking are easily his most relaxing hobbies.
