My name is Daniel Hoyos and I have a passion for video production. For the last three years I have been study all aspects of video so I can someday get a job in field of video production. Late last year I got the opportunity to be an intern for the television show Biz Kids on PBS and learned a lot in the process.
I have five years experience working in Final Cut Pro and other various software applications including Photoshop and DVD Studio Pro. While earning a degree in video production I have been able to put my knowledge to work in the real world. I am currently working at the National Film Festival for Talented Youth as their outreach intern.
In the future I hope to work in the field of new media or as a video editor and for traditional or Internet based television. My dream job would be to work for the independent film company Palm Pictures based out of New York City.
