Early Life
----------
Born and raised on the mean streets of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, David had a choice between two paths in life; die in a bloody police shoot-out after a bank robbery gone awry or enroll into an art school and become a computer animator. Blessed (or cursed) with an inordinate survival instinct, he chose the latter. He enrolled into the Savannah College of Art and Design and the rest was history

The Rest As History
-------------------
The second after receiving his diploma, David posed with diploma in hand with the random stranger (probably a dean or something) who handed him the degree. He never received a copy of that photo since he thought $100 bucks for a graduation photo is an outrageous sum, and apart from his inhuman survival instinct, he also had the gift of frugality and a disregard for sentimentality. The photo debacle sent David into a downward spiral of loathing and self-hatred which eventually led him to Los Angeles where walking the streets, destitute and downtrodden, he bumped into an art director who felt sorry for him and offered him an animation job. And the rest was the future.
