I'm a Texas based writer currently working on several short projects as well as two feature length scripts which will be completed soon. I'm also an academic writer and expert on film history as well as Cold War history. I am writing my dissertation on Eastern European history from 1959-1989.

A River Runs Through It, Atonement, The Lives of Others, Katyn, Ratatouille (most Pixar actually), Bram Stoker's Dracula (it's a guilty pleasure, but beautifully shot and cut), Downfall, Let the Right One In, The Sand Pebbles, Fight Club, Before the Rain, Leon, Apocalypse Now, It's a Wonderful Life

Coupling, South Park, Extras, Dexter, Deadwood, The Sopranos
Favorite Books
A Confederacy of Dunces, Crime and Punishment, The Master and Margarita, Men Without Women, Never Let Me Go, The Sword and the Shield, David Copperfield (Dickens in general actually), Blood Meridian, The Secret Agent (but most anything by Conrad is amazing). Currently staring at a half-read copy of Ulysses, maybe by December it'll be done.
