Gilberto Vera works as an independent film producer, consultant and technical adviser. He currently is co-producing the upcoming horror film titled “Hallows” as well as developing the screen adaptation of the critically acclaimed novel, She Rain a Story of Hope authored by Michael Cogdill with his producing partner Richard O’Sullivan.
