  BIO: DIRECTOR/WRITER Glen Grefe, Writer/Director Glen Grefe is the award-winning Writer/Director/Producer of the feature psycho-thriller Nutcracker: An American Nightmare, and a series of stylized shorts - shot in the '90s - which have achieved cult status for a number of dedicated fans, including "Spiritboxing", "She Don't Wear...", "Under the Influence" and "Menomenie Malice". Other projects include the suspenseful "The Hunt"(Director of Photography and editor), "Rondy"(DP),"Sleep" (actor/editor), award-winner Chris Gridley's "Ludicrous Root of Misogyny" and John Harden's digital feature "Breakfast with the Colonel". He has also written several feature length screenplays, the latest called The Compton Effect, about the hauntings on a property just outside of Portland, Oregon area. Another script ready for production is Face Down to Hell, about the exploits of America's first serial killer, Dr. H.H. Holmes. Two new writing projects are a creature-feature and a historical/medieval action-romance. His new Directing project is The Hurting Kind, which is developing an international viral buzz: TNC Shreveport's second feature, the intense horror-thriller The Hurting Kind, is now in pre-production.
