Jessica works in the Camera Department on set and as a Producer between New England and New York on Features, shorts, TV, corporate videos, cooking shows, reality, and photo assisting. She has been working steadily as an AC for 2 years, and has recently expanded her skills as Associate Producer for an Ultra-Low Budget SAG Indie. She is a graduate of the Wesleyan University film program and the CT Film Industry Training Program in the Camera Department.
She learned her trade from shooting and editing her own 16mm footage, and hands-on in the industry. She has also worked as an Editor and as a production intern for Apograph Productions, producing WGBH American Experience Documentaries, and did a stint interning at film festivals, such as Rooftop Films, in Brooklyn, NY, which showcases up and coming talent in the filmmaking, music, and comedy world.
She loves cameras, the atmosphere on set, and working with the final product to create something special.
