Favorite Movies
Horror. In general. Favorite of all time would be John Carpenter's 'Halloween'. Changed my life forever. Otherwise, other horror films I enjoy: 'A Nightmare On Elm Street', 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre', the Mother Trilogy ('Suspiria', 'Inferno', and 'The Mother Of Tears'), 'Evil Dead', 'Slither', 'Saw', 'House Of Wax' (the Vincent Price one), John Carpenter's 'The Thing', 'The Blob', 'The Devil's Rejects', 'The Host', 'Behind The Mask', 'Friday The 13th', 'Sleepaway Camp', Stephen King's 'It', 'Carrie', 'The Birds'...this list pretty much never ends.
Working mainly in music production and performance, my first film experience was a self-directed/written surreality project entitled "Giraffe Yes Onion Typewriter" (a silent film in three acts following the fulfillment of a prophecy involving a perfectionist hitman, a drunken puppeteer, a recently-zombie-fied postman, and a lonely female FedEx worker). I then went on to create a minimalist non-fiction coming of age piece entitled "Heart". I was also heading a fan fiction project based off of John Carpenter's "Halloween" series entitled "Halloween 9: The Wrath Of Michael Myers".
