Joseph Nasto
I’m an award-winning filmmaker with a communications (tv/film) degree from Rowan University. My work mainly consists of short films, documentaries and music videos. I’m most credited for being a Cinematographer, Director and Editor.
I founded my own film company, ClearVision Pictures, in 2002 and my own video production company, Nasto Films, in 2004. I currently work for Center City Film & Video as a post production encoder for Comcast Local On Demand content. I also freelance for various production companies and I’ve been a professional filmmaker for the past decade.
My wife and I also co-founded Build Jake’s Place®. Build Jake’s Place® is a New Jersey 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to building a fully accessible playground in South Jersey for children of all abilities so they can learn and interact with one another. Build Jake’s Place® was founded in 2007 after our son, Jake Nasto, died from a serious cardiac medical condition at the age of two. The motto of BJP is, “Playgrounds for Everybody.”®
