JR Dziengel

Growing up as a military brat, JR had a chance to see the world at a very young age. He pulls from this experience in each project he undertakes, from theatre to screen to his own short films. JR began his career in New York's off-Broadway theatre scene before moving to Los Angeles in 2002. He is a member of Artistic Director Tim Robbins' The Actors' Gang where he appeared in "Ass" and Kurt Vonnegut's "Happy Birthday, Wanda June" in 2004. JR's upcoming projects include shooting films and a Pilot, which he wrote and co-wrote with friends and will direct, one or two of 'em too...including his short film, "The Special #2." He is a proud Chicago Cubs and Paul Newman fan.

JR recently booked a role in the upcoming feature, "Untitled Steven Tanenbaum Spanish Harlem Project" which begins principal filming on February 2010 in New York City.
