Overview

  • Bio

42yo film maker dedicated to No & Low Budget productions. Specifically looking to network with other San Francisco movie makers. Generally looking to do the same with SF Bay Area movie makers as well. I am interested in all projects, from high brow, to the basest of possibilities. Dramas, comedies, horror, gore, zombie, art, serious, silly... ALL of it!! I have camera, will travel. I am not looking to make money. Hollywood snobs: Stay away! I am more interested in MAKING movies than talking about making movies. If you have a script and you want to film it on the quick and the cheap, let's do it. If you have equipment but no story, I will help think of something. I am not doing this to get famous or make money. I want to have fun. I don't care what your long term goals are, but within this project, you are asked to have fun and be flexible and open minded. Other than that I don't care how old you, your experience level, your color, your gender, or if you have equipment, or if you can write. All I ask is a real desire to create movies. As long as you have that, we'll figure out details later.

  • Favorite TV Shows

I pretty much only watch soccer, football and baseball. I occasionally watch shows as I come across them, but don't make a point of watching anything anymore.

  • Favorite Books

Jim Thompson, David Goodis, Charles Willeford, Charles Bukowski... and books about film making. I have to admit my book reading habits have waned in the last couple years, and pretty much all I read now are books that have to do with film making. But I have never been into contemporary writers to begin with, so I never knew who was popular anyways.

  • Favorite Music

Music wise, I like lots of things, from some heavy metal to indie, to country, to some electronic (don't ask me about genres) to jazz to punk. However, unless its indie rock, most of the stuff I like is generally older. I used to go see bands every week, but nowadays I get out to see live music very rarely

  • Favorite Talent

    Those who do it.
