  I am currently 19 years old and will be turning 20 in May. I attend Oregon State University and am a Sophomore studying for a bachelors degree in Communications and an Associates degree in Theater Arts. I grew up in a really small town called McMinnville, Oregon for about 13 years of my life, but then was relocated in my 8th grade year to Bend, Oregon. Their I went to a brand new High School called Summit High School and played basketball for 4 years and Football for 2 years. I was assemblies coordinator for our student government my senior year and was responsible for Hosting all assemblies for 1500 people and organizing all the dances and various other activities. I graduated in 2006 and have a new home town here in Corvallis, Oregon where I go to Oregon State. While In high school, 3 of my absolute best friends died, all from different things. 2 of them had died within 2 weeks of each other and the other about 8 months later. Dealing with all of that was the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with in my life and if forever changed me. My outlook, my personality, my drive, and my dreams. All in a VERY positive way though! I live everyday as if I were going to die. I have opened my mind to so many different things that I more than likely wouldnt have if it wasn't for what happened. I am very enthusiastic and outgoing and treat everyone with the same respect. I pretty much follow that golden rule they teach you in elementary school, treat others how you want to be treated. Its worked great so far and I honeslty feel that I dont have any enemies. I can make friends pretty much anyone and am ALWAYS up for an adventure! I love to explore and push myself to do the absolute best I can 100% of the time. You only live once, so why let it go to waste?
