Mo Fitzgibbon is a successful and respected writer, producer and director. Persistence, dedication, and hard work have helped shape Fitzgibbon into being knowledgeable, professional and a creative force amongst her peers. Fitzgibbon's company, Walker/Fitzgibbon TV & Films, in Hollywood, California and Miami, Florida, is considered one of the most diversified and creative production companies around. Projects include: broadcast television in long form, variety, biographies, and documentaries, national commercials, and music specials and videos both in English and Spanish.

In her early days, Fitzgibbon became skilled as a production coordinator and line producer. Soon there after, she launched her own production company and started directing TV commercials, music videos, biopics, and TV shows. Simultaneously, she gained experience in post production, graphic design and special effects for multiple productions.

After experiencing every level of production. It was a natural progression for her to elevate herself, and the company into the scripted world. Fitzgibbon is reaching to achieve her ultimate goal and dream: Directing scripted television and films. Her focus has shifted to writing to represent her strengths as a director and to be able to understand the creative process from beginning to end.

Currently, Fitzgibbon is writing and developing for Theatrical and Television. Her projects include: “Wheeler...The Limo Man” an original gritty TV Dramedy and an action packed crime drama titled ”CENTAC,” a four film sequel, period piece chronicling a federal drug enforcement unit targeting powerful drug lords and their ruthless empires.

The unique style and look of all of her projects reflects Fitzgibbon's passion and hard work. She has a wonderful sense of how to build sequences that really tell a story, going to visual extremes, pushing boundaries and transporting the viewer to a higher level. She is also one of the very few producer/directors that can create projects in English and Spanish.

While based in Miami Florida she was very involved in the production community. She is a Past President of Women of the Motion Picture Industry (WOMPI - Florida Chapter), she was on the Board of Governors for The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and she served as Vice President of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP - Florida Chapter). Currently, she is an active member of the Los Angeles chapters of Women In Film (WIF) and NARAS.

Fitzgibbon has received countless recognitions and awards to her credit. Known for Lifetime Television's Intimate Portrait of Gloria Estefan, she went on to win the prestigious NCLR's ALMA Bravo Award for 'Outstanding Made for Television Documentary'. She then garnered top honors for Gloria Estefan's DVD "Don't Stop", receiving a Grammy nomination in 'Best Long Form' category. In addition, The American Advertising Federation awarded her Gold and Silver Addys, Tellys, and she also won New York Film Festival Awards.
