From beyond where no man has gone before.... or so I like to tell myself. Hail from the midwest. Started out writing on walls ( but if my parents ever ask I deny everything) and gyrated towards directing, as well as now producing a passion project and currently writing another. Pix is mini me GD Olivia, but she definitly has my attitiude... I will forever be young in heart.

Interests and Activities
Interested in many subjects and curious about all. In particular I am a big fan of scifi, historical docs, on the edge medical research and the last frontier...space. Read voraciously and work out a lot, but not at the same time...kind of defeats the purpose.

Favorite Movies
I hate to admit it, but no film, before or since, has completely absorbed me like the original Star Wars. I was transported back in time to a wide eyed five year old who believed it all. Elizabeth, with Cate Blanchett ,also rates up there along with Sliding Doors, Sideways, Juno, entire Indiana Jones series, Batman Begins, ET, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and a long list that include many great classics.

Favorite TV Shows
Ok I am showing my girlie girl blonde side here: Ugly Betty, Grays Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, and Woman's Murder Club...and yes I will camp out overnight for Sex and The City The Movie. Hopefully I will redeem myself as I also enjoy Boston Legal, Lost, Heroes, Bone Doctor, Ancient Discoveries, Animal Planet, History and the Discover Channel. Getting a DVR has been either a curse, or a blessing, depending on the spcefics of the given day as to my current personal opinion.

Favorite Books
Give me some Hemingway, Steinback, Mitchner, TH White, Tolkein, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Pearl S Buck...yes I know they are all dead...ok Clancy and Robin Cook. For the preservation of our own home sweet home, I recommend "Go Green, Live Rich" by David Bach with Hillary Rosen.

Favorite Music
I enjoy all types of music including classical, jazz, R & B, pop, and rap. My least favorite is perhaps the "ol school" country style music. Last CD I bought was Maroon 5 and the CD with all the songs by the original artists nominated for 2007 music Grammies
