Sahar Helmy

Hello Everyone, My name is Sahar and I am a native New Yorker. I studied Broadcasting Communications with a minor in Film at Lynn University and graduated in 2005. I am an aspiring Film and Theatre Writer and Producer. I had two internships. One at Lions Gate and the other at Tribeca Productions where I helped with movie Premieres and screenings, as well as reading scripts, and writing coverage. I was also involved in the Tribeca Film Festival. I also have a background in Theatre since I worked at Broadway.com and at the Duke Theatre on 42nd street. I was also my college radio's DJ for a top 40 type show. Also I played the Piano for about half of my life and used to perform in small concerts.

Interests and Activities
My interests and activities involve writing, movies, theatre, hanging with friends, playing the piano, playing tennis, traveling, listening to music, and going to see live bands perform.
