Bio

BFA from Syracuse University in Video and Media Studies. Moved to Europe, lived in Vienna and worked for the ORF (National radio station). Went to LA, cut chops in North Hollywood at Motion Graphics studios. Interned for Tracy Reiner, other people. Grad school (MFA) at UC San Diego - studied with Lev Manovich, Jordan Crandall, and Miller Puckette (creator of Max/Msp). Did music videos, wrote VJ software, and produced films on the border region. Did festival circuit in Europe, Asia, etc. Now back in NYC working at Massify, directing music videos and putting other ideas into action.

Ingmar Bergman, David Linklater, Jean-Luc Godard, Truffaut. Strong interest in French New Wave and Mexican Cinema. Yul Brenner movies, Westerns, Judd Apatow movies (Knocked Up, 40-Year Old Virgin). Dogma, Larry Clark, etc.

Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Tell Me You Love Me, Family Guy, Bill Maher, Dexter. I love HBO Comedy Specials, especially Louis C.K.
