Bio
Travis Irvine is a comedian/writer/producer/director from Columbus, Ohio.
He began doing stand-up and making digital movies as a student at Ohio University, starting in the same comedy troupes that have produced several current rising comedy stars in Hollywood. During college, he lived in such cities as Los Angeles, New York and London, England, for unpaid internships, and realized life would be much more tolerable if he continued doing stand-up and making movies. And so, five years later, the saga continues. Since then, Travis worked in The Bahamas; ran for mayor of his hometown, Bexley, Ohio; and wrote and directed a low-budget feature, Coons! Night of the Bandits of the Night, a horror/satire about a campground attacked by killer raccoons. The cult film production company, Troma Entertainment, Inc., will release the movie on DVD in 2008. Irvine currently works and resides in the Washington, D.C. area. -
