Greetings! I'm John Christopher, sometimes known as the man with two first names. I was born and raised in San Francisco. I've had an interest in filmmaking since the age of ten when I'd "borrow" my father's 8mm film camera and shoot films with the kids in my neighborhood. My interest continued through high school where I excelled in TV production and drama. I pursued my film studies at Skyline College in San Bruno, CA. Encouraged by my best mates, I joined a band instead of finishing up. Still, as time progressed my love of filmmaking has never declined.
In the more recent past, I've ended up on local film sets as either a background performer, member of the crew or sometimes both. My strongest talents are film editing and acting. Although I don't currently work directly in the industry, I've had many opportunities to connect with actors, directors, screenwriters and producers.
Professionally, I've written and produced corporate videos, documentaries and short films. As an editor I work exclusively with Final Cut Studio.
