Hmmmm, seems like you have experience but these are more like caricatures than real people, down to the names you've given them. Also, is there a way that we're going to understand that these now-shriveled characters at the bar are the same characters as before? Seemed confusing as to how they would be recognized without explanation...but good try!

Interesting characters that are bold, intense and cross the PC line. Definitely not for the weak hearted. I love how you pushed it and I like the human theme attached to it. i can see this being a fun and awesome short to watch.

Wonderful, so much insight about human introspection packed into a little piece. Not only do the characters receive enlightenment pertaining to their own deep-seeded bigotry but we, as observers, can realize that sometimes the most grotesque behaviors are not without causation. The hotel is our conscience.

'A beautiful modern tale that is both very funny and thought-provoking at the same time, making us think about who we are and how we act and react. With a very nice and sweet wink at the end!

I love it! Very well written. Not easy to find good scripts. Thank you! We usually hate what we are scared of. And one way to overcome the fear is to face it. It's very hard to age!!

A universal vision about the consciousness, A realistic interpretation about the consequences of the Modern World Lisa is above the clouds for understanding the transition of the capitalist world, transforming him self into in a new age of new values and human behavior in the next 200 years.
She's use a simple example than everyone can understand, with a comedy touch, putting some layers of understanding what ever is the culture, social or economic background of the viewer
a smart way to bring the new generation, at a more balanced world

"A bright and funny analysis of the darkest side of human nature - a kind of allegory to “The Picture of Dorian Gray”. I love the way you portray these bigots, puffed up with their convictions and also their weakness. You have described with great perceptiveness the fears of the "beautiful bitter bitch," recognizing a part of her most intimate inner nature, the figure of her mother. I really liked these nasty characters. Yes, the transformation is huge but it’s more than this, it’s a revelation which is only an illusion. I don’t know if you are a good or a wicked fairy but one thing is sure, you have a magic wand to create this kind of original tale. Bravo!"

Good job, original idea. Maybe 4 characters is a bit much for such a short script--can't spend much time on any of them. Not a big fan of naming characters by the traits you are intending--the traits either come out of the script or they don't, naming them like that is a bit of a crutch. The fact that the staff knows what is going on was good, came as a surprise.

November 13, 2009Jackie Sparks Your blend of the comedic and the macabre are reminiscent of a Monty Python skit. The setting and props were perfect. Bravo, Lisa!
