Corruption runs deep in Browton City. Certain citizens have taken law and order into their own hands. These vigilantes monitor police activity through sophisticated telephone scanners and arrive at crime scenes long before the cops ever do; if the cops bother showing up at all.
When a particularly brazen vigilante winds up with blood on his hands, he unknowingly sets into motion a nefarious series of events.
We learn that Hell has reached full capacity. There is literally no room left. Souls are stacked from floor to ceiling and bulldozers can be seen forcing the damned in as far as inhumanly possible.
The exiled soul suggests an alternative: expand Hell's empire to include Browton City. The devil adores the idea and agrees to send the man's soul back to Browton. Only, not all of the man's soul survives the trip and he awakes with a severely stripped down sense of humanity.
As one man confronts his destiny with the Devil, the citizens of Browton City are left with the conundrum of how to kill men that are already dead.

March 13, 2008yawmuhsnosilla I like the idea overall but I think that you may need to expand a little more on the concept of a full hell. The whole bulldozer things is a little to out there for even a horror / science fiction type of movie. Other than that, I love your idea and I do agree that you need to work on your pitch video.
