Bill Hatchins is a man with shattered dreams. He works as litter patrol at the local park early in the morning, hiding from people. He is hit by a car containing Elliot and Lou, two men who have just completed robbing their company. They shove Bill in a garbage bin, and continue into the park to hide the money in which they collected. Do Elliot and Lou get away with this? Will we see more of Bill? Will hillarity ensue? Find out!
