March 10, 2010I also disagree with the other reviews; I think there is potential for this to be high concept, because I assume this movie will be more about Seven's quirky character than it will be about the dates themselves. I'm curious to see how you will resolve his character; does he end up finding love? It almost seems like it might be more satisfying if his character didn't.
I'm not sure you made the right choice with your scene sample. By limiting it to just the one date it's hard to get a feel for what you have in mind for the script. Fortunately, your reel righted that wrong, and I know it's tough to get anything done in the short space that they allow for the sample.
