The Deal

Tom and Stuart are writers who live life in the fast lane. They like to gamble, drink and have random sex with women. They have a deal with a major network, due in part to their old time friend, who is now an executive. Their reputations, and jobs are on the line and they are given the task of writing a made for TV movie about breaking the Ten Commandments. The catch is that the network wants to be able to say "based on a true story." They are sent to Boswell, Oklahoma with a population of about 700 to break the commandments. The two men hate the town and try to leave, but if they do they will never work again. They find breaking the commandments comes with much ease, but when the town Pastor catches what they are doing, he wants a piece of the pie.
