Just three days after her 17th birthday, Deanna Cremin was murdered. Deanna is survived by three brothers and two sisters.
A white van pulled up. They chatted, and she told him to pull into the church. He backed up a bit and said "Wait one more question!" He pulls a gun and orders her into the back.
They drive to an alley and stop. The cops wait an hour with the Van boxed in fearing for the female officers safety.
They finally hear her screaming saying he is gone, and they move the van and there is a sewer cap under the Van which has a false bottom . He is gone.

His Daughter was kidnapped from the backyard.
Authorities scoured the county for a week, and then everything seemed to stop.
He learned that many cops spent thier nights in prostitution stings. Not looking for his daughter.
His daughter was now a "Cold Case" but all of these officers were intent on finding "Potential" John's. It was insane in his eyes. His daughter could be in a hell and these policemen were doing things that had no guarantee of success. He decided to do something about it.

The van stank of doritos and stale beer.
Could he go through with this? He wasn't sure.
All he had to do was to go to the church and confront the decoy.
The escape route was secured as long as noone blocked the way. He just hoped that his efforts would prove to the authorities that they were expending thier workforce in the wrong way.
He pulled out of the garage he had used to modify the undercarriage of the van and slowly made his way to the location. He knew things and knew especially where tonights sting would be held. He wouldn't execute his plan tonight. Tonight was a trial run of sorts.
The manhole he had marked as the best option was almost perfect. It was dry most of the summer season and gave a straight shot to a grated exitway near the shore. He could park a car near it and get a clean getaway. If there were no complications.
This will be a warning.
If this doesn't show them, and make them move ahead on my daughters case, I WILL take a police hostage....and if need be I will be un-civil with her.
My daughter's life is at stake.
