  • 1 tablespoon of yeast

  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/3 cup of butter

  • Beer
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

3 Then begin to make the ravioli-cut shapes into pairs and press them together on three sides to form a pocket. The egg-brushed sides should be facing the outward direction. Use your thumb finger to hold the pockets open while you’re pressing the sides together.

4 Find a suitable way to prop up the ravioli pockets against each other so that the open end is up and ready to receive the beer. Try to lean them against something stable for not to fall. Then pour the beer into the pockets, press the opening to close and seal the bear inside.

5 The last step is to fry the beer pockets into a rolling pin. Heat the two cups of vegetable oil into a pan until it reaches 325ºF/162.7ºC. Then put the beer pockets into the hot oil and fry them quickly. They will be cooked in about 20 seconds. Then Remove the fried beer by using a slotted spoon or a fork to paper towels to soak up the excess oil. Allow the deep fried beer to cool for a few minutes and try a shot of your deep-fried beer.
