1 For the pumpkin: Set your oven temperature from 275-300ºF (135-149ºC).

3 Cook the pumpkin pieces in two different ways

Boil the pieces in an uncovered pan for an over medium heat for a long time till they get soft for getting a flavor in your pie. The other way in which you heat your oven to a medium degree. Put the pumpkin in a pan until it gets roasted and smoothed when you place a fork within. Roasting the pumpkin preserves meat and nutrients that could be removed by boiling. I recommend this way of cooking the pumpkin.

4 Put the cooked pieces of pumpkin in an open bowl to cool. Then put them in a pitcher with the milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger for getting them mixed until they form a thick texture.

5 Bring two bowels to place the former texture inside them. Then, add two eggs to each bowl and mix them with the texture using a whisk or a wide spoon. Try to avoid the electric one.

6 Place the 2 pies into pans. Then put the whole mixture into your preheated oven 375ºF (190ºC).

7 Leave the pies for 45 minutes. Check on them after 30 minutes to be sure that they didn’t get to burn. If your pie edges got a brown color before the central body of the pies got done, wrap the edges with a small knife and continue to bake the body of the pies.

8 Finally, you get to remove the pies from the oven. Let them cool before serving them with some whipped cream and decorative fruits.
